Ingredients

  • For the Omelette:
  • 4 large eggs 🥚
  • 2 tbsp milk or water 🥛
  • 0.5 tsp salt 🧂
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter 🧈
  • 0.5 cup fresh spinach, chopped 🌿
  • 0.5 cup mushrooms, sliced 🍄
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta) 🧀
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
  • For Garnish:
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives 🌿
  • Extra cheese (optional) 🧀

Instructions

  2. 2In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk (or water), salt, and black pepper until fully combined. Set aside. 🥚✨

  4. 4Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, sautéing for 3 minutes until softened. Add spinach and cook for another minute until wilted. Transfer to a plate. 🍄🌿🔥

  6. 6In the same pan, pour in the egg mixture. Swirl the pan gently to spread evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set. 🥚🔥
