Season 12 - Breakfast / S12B26
Mallorcas with Guava Jam
Story
Don Luis woke up to the sound of coquí frogs fading into the morning breeze. With the sunlight peeking through the kitchen windows, he reached for a memory—his first Mallorca, eaten with sticky fingers and a giggle as a child at a panadería in San Juan. That soft, buttery bread dusted with powdered sugar always reminded him of home. Today, he’s adding a tropical twist — guava jam, thick and glossy, just like his abuela used to make. With a twinkle in his eye and his leather-accented jean apron tied tight, Don Luis shows us that a little sweetness in the morning goes a long way. ❤️🍓🥖 Time + Nutrition
