Prep: 15 minutesCook: 20 minutes

Story

The sizzle of seared steak, the aroma of soy sauce and vinegar, and the vibrant colors of stir-fried peppers filled Don Luis’ kitchen. “Lomo Saltado,” he said, “is the perfect blend of Peruvian and Asian flavors—a dish that tells the story of cultural fusion.” Paired with crispy plantain chips for an added crunch, this dish is a Latin classic with a Don Luis twist! 🔥🥩
