Season 07 - Dinner / S07D13
Lomo Saltado with Tostones
Story
Don Luis loved telling the story of how Peruvian and Caribbean flavors danced together one night in his kitchen. He was feeling adventurous—marinated beef strips, onions, and tomatoes seared hot like a salsa beat, served with a crispy sidekick: *tostones*, fried golden and ready to scoop up all the saucy goodness. He served it straight from the skillet, the soy and vinegar sizzling as the steam rose. “When you mix flavors with respect,” he said, handing over a plate, “you don’t just make food—you make a memory.” And that night? It was unforgettable. Prep & Cook Time, Calories, and Cost
